    Barminco is in an exciting phase of growth and transformation and this is driving our current recruitment of an experienced Underground Operators to become a Trainers across our WA Operations.

    Reporting to the National Training Manager, these positions have various sites and rosters on offer. FIFO from Perth.

    Key Requirements

    Identify the training needs of Barminco's underground mining operators and develop training plans to address the required competencies.
    Coordinate training for new employees (mining entry roles) and ensure training is effectively delivered
    Analyze UG mobile equipment performance data to identify and address variability in operator capability and performance.

    Facilitate training plans for existing operators to ensure skills are maintained and to address skills gaps that have been identified in monitoring key performance indicators.

    Liase with site leadership and site trainers as required on training needs and logistics for training attendance and compliance

    Key Requirements.

    Current & Valid Australian Drivers Licence;
    Rights to Work in Australia;
    Solid history of reliability and good work ethic;
    Experience in underground service crew/paste crew work;
    Experience in a Leading Hand is highly regarded
    A proactive attitude toward safety and hazard identification.
