    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    Reporting to the Group Manager Sales and Shipping, the Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Company's shipping activities and the preparation and issuance of sales documentation in relation to the trading and delivery of its spodumene and tantalite concentrate.

    This is a permanent full-time role based at our West Perth office, just next to the City West train station. Responsibilities for this role include:

    • Coordinating pre-shipment and post-shipment operational activities to facilitate efficient bulk ship loading and discharging operations whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
    • Preparation and issuance of sales and shipping documentation in conformance with Letter of Credit requirements and contractual terms.
    • Preparation of invoices and final accounts for the company's sales and shipments in accordance with contractual terms
    • Preparation of Laytime Statements and finalisation of Despatch/Demurrage in accordance with Charter Party/contractual terms
    • Liaise closely with the Company's highly valued customers providing a high level of customer service.
    • Work in collaboration with intracompany departments and external parties such as shipbrokers, shipping agents, marine surveyors and banks to ensure the performance of the company's sales and logistics activities are achieved to a high standard
