    Gough Recruitment are thrilled to introduce an outstanding career opportunity in residential property development. We are seeking a visionary Development Manager to join a Perth team and play a pivotal role in shaping master-planned communities that set benchmarks in property excellence.

    Role Overview:
    As a Development Manager, you will drive critical project deliverables, focusing on achieving optimal time, cost, and profitability outcomes. This role offers the chance to lead dynamic teams through the complexities of land development projects from feasibility studies to execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Take charge of the planning and design stages of development projects, ensuring that all designs align with the project vision for innovative community living.
    • Manage overall project delivery, ensuring all financial and strategic objectives are met.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies.
    • Oversee project feasibility, budget management, and compliance across multiple projects.

    Ideal Candidate:
    You possess a relevant degree in Property, Commerce, Planning, Engineering, or Project Management.
    You bring appropriate experience managing medium to large scale residential subdivision projects.
    You are adept in financial management, strategic planning, and have a proven track record of leading successful projects.
