About the role
We're seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Austral Bricks office in Rochedale, Queensland.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a range of service and sales enquires across our wide range of Brickworks building products, providing an exceptional customer service experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

***- Provide high quality service to both internal and external customers;

Assist in the development and growth of the Austral Bricks business as a frontline company representative;
Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company's products and services;
Provide assistance to the Sales Representative;
Complete data entry of orders, credits, returns, stock and pricing enquiries; and
Ensure the office, work areas and displays are always maintained in a safe, tidy, clean and presentable manner.

Success Requirements:

***- Knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred).

Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
