Look no further We are seeking talented individuals like you to join our dynamic IT team as Desktop Engineers Level 1 and Level 2 professionals.

    • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for Level 1 inquiries.
    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for Level 2 escalations.
    • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access rights.
    • Document all support activities and resolutions in our ticketing system.
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.
    • Maintain and update the knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
    • Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical users.
    • Solid experience in IT support or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking principles.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues across various platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • The customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
    • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred.
