The Opportunity
Silverchain are seeking an experienced and passionate Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team. Work within the Volume recruitment team supporting our Aged Community Care team.

Whilst our head-office is in Osborne Park, this role will see you working from home for the majority of your time.

Accountabilities of the role

Carrying out video interviews via Microsoft Teams.
Maintaining efficient administrative processes and practices; and
Assist with the compliance and onboarding process for new hires.

You'll be comfortable working in an autonomous role, but confident in the support you can draw from your colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
Have confidence to manage conflicting priorities whilst working remotely.
Be proficient in MS software packages.
Demonstrate knowledge of endtoend recruitment process (including selection, compliance and onboarding)
Experience in a similar recruitment position will be highly regarded.
