- Assisting in preparing monthly consolidated reporting packs.
- Supporting finance managers during annual statutory accounts audits and tax returns.
- Overseeing end-to-end management of AP & AR functions.
- Contributing to month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations for Bank Accounts, AP & AR accounts.
- Managing monthly intercompany invoicing and reconciling intercompany balances.
- Preparing and lodging monthly and quarterly BAS returns.
- Initiating improvements and efficiencies in systems, technology, and financial controls.
- Embracing innovation, learning, and continuous business improvement within the role.
- Possessing 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role (Assistant Accountant/Financial Accountant).
- Holding CA/CPA qualification or being part-qualified.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of AP & AR management.
- Keen eye for detail and showcasing multitasking abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
- Exhibiting strong Excel skills and familiarity with a widely used ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills to achieve desired outcomes.
