- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports, Balance Sheets, and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Compile month-end journals for prepayments and accruals
- Support budget preparation
- Prepare year-end accounts following accounting standards
- Review BAS/IAS work before submission to the ATO
- Oversee governance and controls
- Manage internal controls and ensure their implementation
- Prepare monthly Compliance Reporting pack
- Assist with Tax obligations
- Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss reports, Balance Sheets, and Balance Sheet reconciliations

- CPA or CA qualification or working towards
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or similar field
- Chartered 1st Mover or Business Services, or industry experience with 2-3 years of hands-on experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting standards, principles, procedures, and norms
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large data volumes and analyses simultaneously
- Capable to work independently and show initiative
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
