- Coordinate with the Head of New Opportunities for project development strategy.
- Report regularly on project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Collaborate with the JV Commercial Director on project strategy and reporting.
- Support senior management in developing commercial and supply chain relationships.
- Manage relationships with government, political, grid, landowner, and community stakeholders.
Skills & Experience - Expertise in project development in major infrastructure and/or wind projects, preferably including offshore wind.
- Understanding of State and Federal renewable energy policies in Australia.
- Extensive Knowledge of market, grid and commercial drivers for offshore projects in Australia and relevant process and legislation
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills to motivate and manage internal and external stakeholders' relationships effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility to deliver results.
- Strong communication skills with key stakeholders at high level
- Proficient in resource management, organization, and follow-through on project delivery.
- High level of financial and commercial acumen.
- Experience in successful P&L management for major infrastructure projects.
- Senior-level management experience across complex projects, programs, and budgets.
- Familiarity with the closing process to FID (Final Investment Decision), including due diligence and legal requirements.
