    Position:

    Experienced GP VMO EDDuration:
    June 2023 to January 2024 (Multiple 1 week + locum contracts)

    Salary:
    $2000 - $2750 per dayLocations:Choose from 7 locations across Western NSWTravel and Accommodation and

    Hire Car:

    ProvidedResponsibilities:You will be the sole Doctor on call 24/7.Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting at the Emergency Department.

    Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute medical conditions and emergencies.
    Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
    Participate in 24/7 on-call duties as per the roster.
    Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support a culture of continuous learning and development.


    Requirements:
    Medical degree and full medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
    Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or equivalent.
    Proven experience in emergency medicine, preferably in a rural or remote setting.
    Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
