About Us

MAURI, part of George Weston Foods, is an "end to end" bakery partner and produces bakery ingredients, yeasts, improvers and flour.

We benefit from a broad working knowledge throughout the food and agricultural industry and provides innovative solutions to support a traditional approach to milling.

MAURI also has another arm to its business with Weston Animal Nutrition.

Weston Animal Nutrition (WAN) traces its roots back over 60 years in both Eastern and Western Australia and are well known in the livestock industry for their dedication to developing and providing animal feed products to the highest standards.

WAN supplies feed to mono gastric animals such as chickens and pigs.

There are 3 animal nutrition sites, and these are found in Enfield, NSW, Hope Valley, WA and Rangiora in New Zealand.

The Hope Valley mill is a brand-new, state-of the art animal feed mill that will support our growth trajectory with animal feed well into the coming years and we have an exciting opportunity for an organised and hands-on Inbound Coordinator to join the team.

Reporting to the Inbound Scheduler, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and completing in-bound weighbridge work and associated activities.
  • Meeting quality standards, customer specifications and comply with company policies, procedures, directions, and guidelines.
  • Completing Chain of Responsibility declarations and associated activities effectively, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Completing minor adjustments to receival schedule to accommodate intermittent changes in arrival times or delays.
  • Coordinating haulage driver activities whilst on site, including facilitating driver inductions, allocating receival queue/bay and silos for delivery and recording delivery data, whilst monitoring truck loading/unloading via surveillance systems.
  • Undertaking effective and accurate sampling, testing and retention of raw material samples, recording and reporting material analysis in accordance with QAQC protocols.
  • Completing inbound weighbridge records, documentation and reporting promptly, accurately, and completely.
  • Participating in activities to continually seek improvements across all inbound weighbridge processes.
  • Actively supporting and participating in workplace inspections and undertaking activities to support hazard mitigation and hygiene management in accordance with company policies procedures and guidelines.

To be successful in this role you will be required to possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role ideally within the animal feed or logistic industry.
  • Experience working with trucks and truck drivers.
  • Knowledge of animal nutrition quality standards HACCP, GMP & Feedsafe.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft software.
  • Sound office administration experience.
  • Good onthejob problemsolving skills
  • Refined communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
