The Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate to join our Brisbane or Canberra team and be part of our national graduate program for 2023.

As a Graduate you will be fully supported, learn from the best and be provided with continual training and development to help you establish your own brand in the industry and guide you towards your future career goals.

Working alongside industry leaders you will be involved in a number of diverse projects, providing the opportunity for hands-on learning within a vibrant and dynamic industry.

Our highly successful Brisbane office provide innovative solutions to a broad range of industry sectors from Road and Rail (infrastructure), Health, Education, Commercial, Mixed-use, Defence, Retail, Residential, Industrial and Government and many more: shaping, delivering and maintaining assets that create significant social and economic value in the communities we operate.

The Role:

12month program with three, 4 month placements in different project teams to maximise your exposure to the industry
Flexibility within these placements/rotations to further explore areas that interest
Tailored training plan
Handson, on the job, learning and development

About You:

Current permanent resident of Australia
Attained or achieved a predicted average Credit grade
B in your final year of university
Be a good allrounder by that we mean any previous work experience that has allowed you to work as part of a team, get involved and work towards a common goal

Relevant degree in one of the following disciplines:

Civil Engineering
Construction
Project Management
Architecture
Planning or Property Development
Property Economics
Business and Commerce
