The opportunity:


We are currently seeking an
Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team on a
fixed term contract (start date ASAP - end date 21/03/2025).


As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report to the Treasury Manager and your responsibilities include:

  • Processing and review of creditor invoices and employee expense claims
  • Supplier maintenance
  • Preparing payments
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Daily banking
  • Review and follow up of outstanding workflows in Concur
  • Reconciliation of company corporate credit card.
  • Ensure all payments are made within company policy
  • System support for Concur. User administration
  • Assisting with month end journals

About You:


  • 2 years plus experience in a similar accounts payable position
  • Strong level of experience with Concur Invoice & Expense ideal
  • Prior experience with Tencia and/or Workbench is highly regarded
  • Working within a professional services / consulting industry environment is beneficial
  • Excellent administration skills with strong numerical ability
  • Excellent computer literacy including Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to learn internal systems quickly and effectively
  • Strong organisational ability, high attention to detail and the ability to work to specific deadlines
  • First class communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of the business
