The opportunity:
The Executive Assistant within Energy & Utilities will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership team and managing key aspects of the business units' operations.
This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can balance a wide range of responsibilities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership team, including diary management, travel bookings and meeting coordination.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications and inquiries
- Oversee daytoday business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Lead and support special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ensure crossfunctional collaboration and timely completion of projects.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
About You:
With a genuine interest in the project management, property or construction industry, you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment, within a dynamic team that absolutely appreciates attention to detail and your proactive approach to work.
You will also further possess:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and their teams
- Proactive, selfmotivated with the drive and commitment to make the difference to the team.
- Agile and adaptable, as the nature of our work is constantly evolving, we need people who thrive in this type of environment
- Keen interest in learning new skills and development within the administration/projects space
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Strong relationship building and rapport building skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
- Relevant and comparable experience working in an agile, fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft 365/Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- SharePoint and Microsoft Teams experience highly beneficial
