    Senior Systems Administrator - Content Manager (TRIM) Position Available
    ***ACT ONLY – BASELINE CLEARANCE REQUIRED***

    An opportunity is available for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Systems Administrator specializing in Content Manager (TRIM). This role is crucial for managing and enhancing the department's enterprise record-keeping system which supports critical services including Visa Processing and Health Assessment Portals. The successful candidate will join our dynamic Content Manager Administration team, providing key deliverables and contributing to strategic initiatives that ensure efficiency and data security.
    Key Duties:

    • Manage technical system administration for Content Manager 10.1, ensuring optimal functionality and security across 335 servers.
    • Lead strategy and innovation efforts to enhance TRIM/Content Manager capabilities, applying best practices and continuous improvement metrics.
    • Oversee maintenance, installation, and problem resolution activities, ensuring system reliability and effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, system designs, and architectural documents.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Records Management Systems Administration with specific expertise in Content Manager 10.
    • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, with certifications in Content Manager and ITIL preferred.
    • Proficiency in Visual Studio, SQL Query, and Windows server operations, with strong experience in import/export functionality for record migrations in Content Manager.

    Desirable Criteria:

    • Experience in .NET/.NET development and TRIM SDK.
    • Good understanding of Elastic software.
