About the Role:


We're looking for a Digital Content Producer to work as part of the Communications, Advocacy, Events and Engagement team to produce a range of digital content which supports the organisation's strategic and operational priorities.


You'll be producing digital content for our social media platforms, website and eDMs and working closely with the team to provide support to our services, including Children's Services and the Housing and Community Services teams.


That digital content could take the form of a video, photo, graphic design work for an eDM, publishing web content or developing visual/audio campaign material or event theme.

The role will participate in the planning of major campaigns and provide support at events when required. The role requires awareness of trends in social media and digital content.


You'll have the opportunity to work for a highly regarded, feminist organisation, contributing to gender equality in Canberra and surrounding regions.


About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in digital content production including social media for an organisation.
  • Experience working in a similar role and level.
  • Demonstrated experience with relevant software such as Campaign Monitor, graphic design software, social media management software and some familiarity with a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Teamoriented attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
  • High work ethic, selfmotivated and outcomesfocused
  • Possibly experience working in the community services sector (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience utilising a CRM (desirable, but not essential).
