About the role


As a Customer Care Supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating and assisting the customer service team in meeting their duties and responsibilities.

You will proudly represent this highly regarded brand whilst driving team performance and service delivery.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of 5-15 customer service professionals in a call centre environment
  • Monitoring performance, setting goals, and meeting KPIs
  • Meeting client and customer needs
  • Dealing with escalations, facilitating resolution.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, helpful and courteous manner.
  • Undertake research and analysis, gathering and collating data to generate routine reports relating to continuous improvement and SLA's
  • Project work as directed by the Customer Service Manager

About you
To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following qualities confidently:

  • Demonstrated Leadership or Management experience preferred
years in a Customer Service or Call Centre environment

  • Proven experience using Epicore or similar systems would be advantageous
  • Understanding KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to seek performance and business improvement.
  • You will be levelheaded, have a "cando" attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Solid decisionmaking and problem solving skills
  • Reliability, Punctuality, and Commitment
  • Willingness to undergo preemployment checks and medicals
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
  • Willingness and ability to commence ASAP
