About the Role

They are currently seeking a highly professional and engaging Business Support Officer / Receptionist to join their team in Parramatta.

You will be required to work a rotating roster across two shifts 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you will be required to provide a wide range of business support services to staff across the business


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the face of the organisation, delivering professional frontline services
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings including arranging catering, equipment and overall presentation
  • Maintain workplace security by issuing and collecting access passes and liaising with building management regarding car parking
  • Maintain reception processes and procedures manual
  • Manage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
  • Order stationery, supplies and maintain office equipment
  • Create purchase orders and pay invoices
  • Assist with the management of a small fleet of vehicles
  • Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new employees
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, facilitating collaboration, engagement and partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated Business Support and Reception experience
  • Flexible to work rotating rosters between 8am5pm Monday to Friday
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
  • Valid Drivers licence
