The Client & Role:

We are currently working with a digital market leading client; they currently have a requirement for a seasoned Salesforce Functional Consultant to join the organisation on a 3-month engagement and drive sales and service through some new innovative solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize your indepth knowledge and experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs, focusing on Lead Generation, Case Management, Service Cloud, and/or Sales Cloud experience.
  • Configure Sales and Service Cloud features using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Assignment Rules.
  • Customize page layouts and record types to optimize user experience and implement automation to streamline sales and service processes.
  • Lead endtoend Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, and user training.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.

Required Skills & Specialisms:


  • Indepth knowledge and experience working with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions, with a strong understanding of their capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.
  • Proven track record in delivering solutions for Lead Generation, Case Management, Service Cloud, and/or Sales Cloud.
  • Proficiency in configuring Sales and Service Cloud features using declarative tools like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Assignment Rules.
  • Experience in customizing page layouts, record types, and implementing automation to optimize sales and service processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading endtoend Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
