Talent is partnering with a leading Commercial Organisation in search of an experienced Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a HR/ ERP project within a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role:Working closely with the project manager and wider team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communications, project administration and maintaining project documentation. This initial 6-month contract offers the chance to showcase your skills and contribute to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the project through effective coordination and administration.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in maintaining project documentation and records.
  • Efficiently manage competing tasks and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.
  • Work independently with selfmotivation and resilience to overcome challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive effective outcomes and manage change.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, fostering collaboration and consensus.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in supporting projects within a commercial environment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, with preference given to MS Project experience.
  • Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
