About the role.**:

Our government client is seeking an experienced Automation Specialist (OpenStack infrastructure engineer) in a technical role that involves designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and services based on the OpenStack cloud computing platform.

Key responsibilities.**:

On-call or out of hours work may be required.

Key duties may include, but are not limited to:

Building and implementing Private cloud infrastructure solutions, including compute, storage, and networking components.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Private Cloud infrastructure and services.
Automating infrastructure deployment and management using tools such as Ansible and Satellite.
Developing and maintaining custom scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks.
Performing capacity planning and performance tuning for private cloudbased infrastructure.
Providing technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
Migration of workloads from legacy platforms to current platforms.
