The Company
Australian family owned and operated business that provide packaging solutions to meet specific needs of their customers. They are currently going through big transformational change and need strong leaders to take employees on the journey.


The Role


The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing a small team of warehouse staff (4 team members) and to manage all the logistics procedures related to end to end warehousing such as receiving dispatch, stock counts and staff management.


A new ERP system is coming mid-2023 and you will be required to support this transition, so previous experience with ERP systems will be required as you will be working closely with the Project Manager.


We are looking for a leader who engages and inspires their team and who likes to take people on the journey.

Lean methodology experience would be looked upon favourably.


Hours
Monday to Friday

7am to 3.30pm


Duties

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience leading a successful team in a warehouse environment.
  • Reach forklift experience with a current valid forklift licence.
  • Strong transformational leadership experience required.
  • Previous experience working with ERP Systems.
  • Always looking for new ways to do things efficiently and continuous improvement opportunities.
