We are looking for an experienced Retention Specialist who can drive the design & implementation of the customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, responsibilities in this position include:- Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business.
- Increase customer retention with a positive result on budget achievement.
- Liaise with the Marketing team and Creative Agencies to develop tools to assist in attracting new and lapsed customers.
- Manage monthly pricing and performance reporting including insights, incentives, and bonus'.
- Manage the quality, integrity and accuracy of data in liaison with Retail Marketing Service Provider and local dealer network.
- Develop market retention targets, address any negative sales trends and exploit new sales opportunities.
- Oversee the interfaces / data integrations for the Retail Marketing Service Provider.
- Collect and publish best practices for retention management.
- Analysis and prognosis of impact/ potential from major technical campaigns/recalls.
- Identify major retention risks based on ongoing tracking and suggestion of countermeasures.
Located at this large corporate head office located in the Southeastern suburbs, this role forms a key part driving customer loyalty, sales, and business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and deliver to deadlines.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer focus & strong attention to detail.
- Automotive experience welcomed but not essential.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong time management skills, commercially sound and target/KPI orientated with a can-do attitude and high level of efficiency.
