This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join a well-respected company that distributes life science products throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Your working hours are flexible between 85:30pm Monday to Friday._

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Responding to customer inquiries for orders, ETA's, product updates, pricing, and availability
Support the Commercial team with general administration as required
Maintain the shared inbox and respond professionally and efficiently
Provide quotes, process orders, and provide regular updates to customers
Generate regular reports and deliver outcomes to the team
Work as part of a small team to ensure the follow up on customers are always met

Ideally you will have:

A high level of attention to detail and focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to keep calm and thorough under pressure
Computer literate with professional phone manner
Selfmotivated when required and willing to be apart of a small and dedicated team
High level of confidentiality
Additional experience in bookkeeping and or purchasing is highly regarded

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in an office-based Customer Service role. You will have experience in dealing with commercial customers and an ability to build strong working relationships.

Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, organisational skills, and professional manner as well as your keen problem-solving ability will help you to secure this exciting opportunity with this great organisation.
