- Participate in all project meetings/consultant meetings and authority meetings.
- Coordinate all development application deliverables as scheduled.
- Organize authority pre-lodgment meetings in an appropriate manner.
- Assess all consultants, reports.
- Overview and guide consultant input including design/recommendations/solution
- and respond promptly.
- Managing project development and planning to make sure our project is in control
- Deal with the council and other authorities to get DA approval on the program
- Managing PCA/BCA, surveyor to get CC and make sales smoothly
- Assist the development Director in finalizing new acquisitions and carrying out feasibility
- study.
- Assist the Development Director in carrying out due diligence for new projects.
- Other relevant tasks authorized by the project director.
- At least 3 years experience in a development manager role for either a large
- Required Candidate with experience in Mixed-use, Retail, Residential Apartment
- Experience working in the construction industry is desirable.
- IT literacy and competency in programmes such as MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite
- Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who requires minimum supervision, is willing to learn, has a keen interest in the building construction industry, and is a dedicated team player.
