    Description

    Randstad senior finance are currently partnering with a well known supperannuation provider to recruit a Finance Systems Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

    As Finance Systems Manager you will be responsible for managing the Oracle ERP system and will

    • Lead continuous improvement across all modules of the core Finance & Procurement system
    • Be a Subject Matter Expert for all things ERP systems related and partner with teams who have queries or improvement requirements
    • Drive change management initiatives related to the ERP system
    • Partner with the Technology team to optimise the system
    • Ensure the company meets all regulatory, governance and compliance requirements in terms of the finance systems administration
    • Liaise regularly with financial control team, risk team, FBPs and Procurement team as the ERP expert
    • Liaise with external audit partner for systems related queries

    To be successful in this role you will be

    • Experienced in accounting and utilisation of finance ERP systems
    • Ideally experienced in Financial Services (nice to have)
    • Experienced in managing a small team
    • Ideally holding an accountancy qualification, or finance related degree or MBA (nice to have)
