Purpose of role

  • The management of tasks relating to our "Chain of Responsibility" responsibilities
  • Support fleet services staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer service

Specific Responsibilities

  • Action daily / monthly queries and reporting by set deadlines;
  • Follow up of servicing and invoices
  • Custom reports
  • General office duties to assist Fleet Services department

Knowledge, skills and qualities

  • Excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills;
  • Solid PC skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Attention to detail with excellent administration skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Proactive and self motivated with the ability to complete tasks thoroughly
  • A full appreciation of the end to end service process
