Purpose of role

The management of tasks relating to our "Chain of Responsibility" responsibilities
Support fleet services staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer service

Specific Responsibilities

Action daily / monthly queries and reporting by set deadlines;
Follow up of servicing and invoices
Custom reports
General office duties to assist Fleet Services department

Knowledge, skills and qualities

Excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills;
Solid PC skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Attention to detail with excellent administration skills;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Proactive and self motivated with the ability to complete tasks thoroughly
A full appreciation of the end to end service process
