    Position: Social Media Moderator

    Are you passionate about digital landscapes and fostering inclusive, engaging online communities? SBS is looking for a Social Media Moderator to help us maintain the spirit of diversity and inclusivity on our platforms.

    Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid options available)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and moderate conversations across SBS social media channels to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
    • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with our content teams to optimise social media initiatives.
    • Analyse user engagement data to suggest improvements and report on social trends.

    We're Looking For Someone With:

    • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ethics in digital communication.
    • Experience in social media moderation or digital customer service.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • A commitment to promoting human rights, diversity, and inclusion.
