    Thriving Solar Energy business is rapidly expanding and looking for a skilled Sales Consultant to service an increase in demand for their products.

    This fast-growing solar energy player has been in operation since 2012 and has established a solid footprint across the eastern seaboard of Australia. With office locations across Australia, this thriving business has big growth plans in place for the coming years and now is the time to get onboard

    Role Overview:
    As an In-Home Solar Representative, you will be the face of the business, interacting directly with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the process of going solar. You will conduct in-home consultations, assess energy needs, and design custom solar solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.

    The bonus is the lead generation is done for you You will be provided with 10-15 pre-booked and qualified appointments per week. All you need to do is meet with the customer, conduct a thorough needs analysis of their situation and sell them an appropriate solar solution.

    From day one in the role you will be invited up to head office on the Gold Coast, to be put through a comprehensive training program, as well as spending some time in the field with existing high performers in the business to learn from the best.

    Once your training is completed, you will begin attending your 10-15 pre-booked meetings and the rest is up to you. We offer a $1000 per week retainer for the first 10 weeks in the role while you find your feet, then the position moves to commission only. You can expect to receive an average of $1100 to $1300 per sale. With 15 qualified meetings booked for you each week, you do the math.....

    What we are looking for:
    • Strong previous experience in business development, face to face sales (B2C), in-home sales or door to door sales is essential
    • Self-motivated, hungry and results driven mentality to close sales
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
    • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules.

    As this position wis on the road based, the successful candidate will require a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
