Description

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Key Accountabilities:

Build strong rapport with both existing and potential customer base
Expand current customer base through seeking out new profitable opportunities
Manage customer expectations
Manage pipeline sales and opportunities
Provide market intelligence as requested on both customers and competitors
Develop and manage weekly call plans
Participate in the development of company's budget and forecast as required
Prepare monthly reports as required
Effectively balance the needs of the customer and internal capabilities and company's requirements
Ensure all relevant departments are aware of key project timeframes and kept up to date on changes
Promote and maintain high standards of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Any additional tasks as may be assigned / required

Key Requirements:

Minimum two years experience in a sales capacity selling B2B, preferably a sales representative level or higher:

Experience and/or knowledge of shopfitting
Strong presentation skills
Computer literacy and strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills
Lateral thinking
Selfdriven with a positive attitude

Your performance will be measured through KPIs such as achieving sales and margin targets, achieving new business targets, achieving agreed call ratios, and delivering monthly reports on time.

$80, $95,000.00 per year
