    Seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join a leading FMCG company based in Melbourne's vibrant East. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence. The role is suited to an enthusiastic, driven individual who has experience in the food or FMCG industry.

    About the Role

    Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will utilise your exceptional customer service and relationship building skills to maintain, nurture and grow key relationships with customers. You will also seek opportunities to grow the business.

    Key Responsibilities of the role:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities for business expansion.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting a diverse range of products to customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Skills and Requirements for this role:

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Valid driver's license.
