We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organised Customer Service Consultant to join our friendly National Customer Service Contact centre in Chullora.
You will be first point of contact for our Customers, dealing with inquiries and complaints. A busy environment where strong communication and excellent listening skills is vital for our quality compliance. This is an exciting opportunity, which offers variety and opportunity to engage with diverse consumers, at all levels.Key Responsibilities of this position includes:
- Consumer complaint handling and resolution
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications with consumers, including product specification, information, and compliance
- The monitoring & management of investigations into incident reports and providing regular updates through to final outcomes
- Working within set time frames and key partners KPI's
- Ensure product complaints are escalated through to appropriate division and key stakeholders
- Demonstrating and providing best practise consumer service to our internal and external customers staying above the line, pioneering best practise processes and workflows
- Demonstrate energy and passion for the overall vision and direction of the company Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure your compliance with the Company's health and safety policies and procedures
- 2 years + proven customer service experience, preferably within a FMCG environment
- Previous experience in a call centre environment preferable.
- Experience in using a CRM and Microsoft running programs and Salesforce preferable.
- Tertiary qualified in Food Technology, Nutrition or Consumer Science (desirable)
- Exceptional written, verbal and listening communication skills
- Is highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask
- Proven ability to build rapport & solid business relationships across all levels, quickly
- Strong attention to detail
