The Company
This large, well established, FMCG business, operates across all of Australia.

It has a large footprint in its sector, with an established customer base, and leads the way in new thinking around green credentials.

A newly created role has been created requiring a commercially focused finance business partner to support the manufacturing / operating teams.

The role

Reporting to Head of Finance / Manufacturing, the role will be a mix of analysis - operations and value add, monthly reporting including JV work, and investigative work around standard costing.

The position will require someone who is happy to work under their own steam, able to liaise between operations and finance, and be able to see opportunities to help the business operations, commercial decision making and costs.

You will provide general support to the operational managers in terms of finance, budgeting and forecasting and understanding of costs, and be responsible for the overall divisions monthly reporting and analysis.

Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with some experience working in an FMCGbusiness, understanding key costing principles.

Ideally, you will already have gained some operational, business partnering experience, used to complex matrix reporting, and have good team building skills.
