The Company:

The client is an emerging leader within the recruitment and consulting industry. Launched in 2020 the company is focused on following a highly personalised, relationship based approach to business.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide executive support such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organising events
  • Managing schedules, booking travel arrangements and helping coordinate meetings and events
  • Manage and maintain the office space, including supplies, equipment, and furniture
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Assisting with social media management and marketing
  • Prepare and review expense claims in accordance with company policy
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and invoicing

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant within a professional background
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
