Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organising events
- Managing schedules, booking travel arrangements and helping coordinate meetings and events
- Manage and maintain the office space, including supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Assisting with social media management and marketing
- Prepare and review expense claims in accordance with company policy
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and invoicing
Experience:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant within a professional background
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional and friendly demeanour
