Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role will maintain and execute customer service activities and suggest and implement process improvement initiatives to optimise and streamline the customer service and supply chain function
Your responsibilities will include:
- Day today management of a team of seven
- Manage team escalations
- Analyse team performance/coach and mentor to improve any gaps
- Maintain the customer service level and experience for customers
- Manage internal and external stakeholders' relationships
- Monthly reporting to stakeholders
- Inventory management
- Review and track warehousing and distribution costs
- Responsible for the ordertocash process
- Analyse data to improve performance
- Develop and implement process improvements
To Be Successful:
- You must present with previous experience in a similar management position
- People management experience as well as demonstrable skills in developing strategies and implementing procedures
- Supply Chain and FMCG experience is preferable
- SAP experience desirable
- Ability to think on your feet and build effective relationships with stakeholders
