This very well regarded, profitable and home-grown structural consultancy with a number of awards is seeking another Director where the career opportunity, is endless.
Two of the most important things when choosing a company is their marketplace and employee branding and with a number of awards from clients and independently judged employer awards over the last number of years, this consultancy ticks all boxes.
The role:
Utilise your client and management skills to develop this portfolio. The overall expectation is that you will have the experience and networking capability to run your own show. The Director will transition the current portfolio of projects which is set to run through the rest of 2024 and into 2025. Your initial responsibility is project delivery.
You will be part of the strategic business direction from here. Grow the team around you and use the abundance of resources available to build your division into a strong leader. There is plenty of room for you to grow into a Director here with no red tape; a chance for you to prove yourself as a strong leader.
In essence, we are seeking a Strong leader in structural design engineering with at least 10 years in Sydney with an option to bring some of your team with you if you so desire.
As mentioned, this is a home grown and successful consultancy where they have built a strong reputation with 1st and 2nd tier developers where you will not get wrapped up the bureaucracy that you are possibly faced elsewhere at this level.
