    Job Description

    About the Company:

    This company is one of Australia's leading private developers with a reputation for delivering projects of the highest quality and design. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager on a part time basis, to join this young and dynamic Property Management team. Some of the culture perks include:-

    • No weekend work or open for inspections

    The Position:

    This is a part-time position is based in one of Brisbane's most prominent urban precincts in the western suburbs. The role will encompass a variety of tasks, focusing on end-to-end management of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 120 townhouses. The role will see you based in a modern office at a townhouse complex, with all the properties in your portfolio at your fingertips. No driving around required, just to and from work

    Experience Required

    • At least 2 years experience in residential property management
    • QLD Certificate of Registration
    • Immaculate presentation and confident character
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Willing to work hard as part of a high performing team
    • Experience with PropertyMe, IRE & Inspection Express preferred
