The IT Service Delivery Lead (Asset Management), is responsible for ensuring the operational delivery of systems and services to support the business and for improving the way technology is used across the enterprise.

A customer focused approach to delivering Technology solutions and activities, including the interactions and experiences of customers and employees


Key responsibilities:

  • Implement and run the necessary processes, procedures, and policies to establish Software Asset Management in AIA Australia
  • Support the Service Delivery team in Hardware Asset management and Service Transition capabilities
  • Promote effective management and usage of licenses, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Provide management insights (MI) and reporting to the business, Technology teams and senior managers to enable data driven decisions
  • Drive a continuous Service Improvement Programme across all core Service Management capabilities within AIA Australia
  • Provide support for Incident, Problem & Change Management analysts, EUC & Service Desk leads as and when required and during leave of absence
  • Extensive experience years' experience in the IT industry, including solid experience in IT Asset Management position and Service Transition position
  • Demonstrable experience in the implementation of Service Management strategies, frameworks and organisations and the ServiceNow platform
  • Foundation Knowledge & Reporting skills
- experience in software asset management of iBM and Microsoft products

  • ITIL Certification or demonstrable experience within ITIL organisation
  • Experience in Asset Management Lifecycle (Hardware/Software)
  • Financial Services and/or Insurance Industry experience preferred
  • Experience with regulatory compliance issues & remediation of audit findings/recommendations
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
