THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Team Coordinator to the NI SME & Specialty, SME team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administration support to assist with a variety of tasks.

This will be a permanent, full time position commencing immediately based in the Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for facilitating the daily functions and operations of the NI SME & Specialty, SME team and the Parramatta site.

Assist with the administrative requirements of Senior Management Team including effective diary management to ensure optimal time management, email management, meeting management and documentation management.

Management, coordination and completion of correspondence, communications, presentations, projects, annual business activities and monthly business reporting.

Management of Internal Communication Framework, SharePoint administration and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Scheduling team travel and coordination of itineraries while handling expense management.

ABOUT YOU

Superior time management, organisational skills and a high attention to detail to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow.

Experience in providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.

Experience in building strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

Advanced competency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint
