Operations Analyst - Sydney, Australia - Talent Web
Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle internal and external queries related to loans operations
- Liaise with Treasury to ensure timely funding of loans and proper management of cash flows
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of loan activity and balances
- Update loan portfolios to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan data
- Monitor loan compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Support loan booking and maintenance activities in Loan IQ Systems
- Assist with loan documentation management and compliance
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and controls to ensure efficient and effective loan operations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a loans operations role
- Corporate lending knowledge
- Familiarity with Loan IQ Systems and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred
