Role:

  • Remote Customer Application Support Specialist

Location:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth

Length:

  • 6-month contract initially.


My client is looking for various Application Support Specialists based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth to work on a new program of projects.

The role will be remote but depending which geographical location you have will depend on your shift pattern as you will need to work with that time zone.

The geographical locations are Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth.


Responsibilities:
-

  • Must have at least 2 years Level 1 experience.


  • Application

  • Medical device Management Software, seeing patients, requesting pathology,
  • Full Training will be provided.
  • Reducing tickets.

Must have:

  • Previous experience working with a ticketing system.
  • Must have a valid Australian Visa in place, and already be in Australia.

Desirables:

  • Working within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with Teamviewer
