Leading Asia Pacific Technology group requires a Delivery Lead for an initial 6 months plus contract to work from anywhere on the Eastern Seaboard.
On a daily you will:
- Create and manage an operating rhythm for your team to effectively execute delivery from analysis, design, development through to QA and delivery into program endtoend activities.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation and management plans are effective, uptodate and followed up
- Ensure the productivity of staff and suppliers working with the team.
- Manage the transition of initiatives into operational mode.
- Track the progress of each initiative, providing visibility and accurate forecaststogo.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in delivery leadership roles, including on significant software development projects.
- Broad experience in delivering complex software through all SDLC phases.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Finance Applications
- Extensive experience with Agile, particularly SCRUM and Kanban.
- Strong people management skills to drive stakeholder agreement and address blockers.
- Comfortable working in a pressured and dynamic environment.
- Astute at developing business aligned IT strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps (and communicating these).
