    Description

    Join the RACV Graduate program in the RACV centre of excellence for data, analytics and insight working in the Growth, Strategy & Analytics department

    You'll join a team of around 50 data professionals using the latest cloud-based technologies across a diverse set of data generated as part of market leading positions in the many lines of business that comprise RACV.

    You'll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career in data and analytics.

    What our Program offers:

    • 12- month program that includes three rotations within the RACV centre of excellence for all things data
    • Ranked 56th in the Grad Australia top 100 Graduate Programs in 2023
    • Support network of Mentors, buddies & a dedicated graduate program manager to ensure you are supported through your journey
    • Starting salary of $74,000 inclusive of superannuation
    • 7 graduate specific learning modules facilitated by our Learning team to help you acclimatise to corporate life
    • Exposure to Senior Leaders through "meet & greet" sessions tailored to only the graduate program
    • Capstone project where you will get to work with other graduates on a real business problem & present your recommendations to senior leaders

    About the Opportunity
    Commencing in January 2025, we have multiple streams in our Growth, Strategy and Analytics space offering three rotations across various parts of our business. These will be tailored to your interests through the program and will include a selection from the following teams and technologies;

    • Data Governance & Quality (Collibra, Experian)
    • Business Intelligence & Reporting (Tableau)
    • Data Science (Azure machine learning)
    • 1-to-1 marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ad Studio)

    You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities and more

    What you'll need to be successful

    At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for our program you will need;

    • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM qualification or similar
    • Completed studies within the last 2 years
    • Eagerness to learn and grow with the business
    • Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous but not a necessity

    Exposure to some technical platforms, programming languages (SQL) and techniques (data manipulation such as data science) is highly advantageous
