ABOUT THE ROLE:


Summary of the role:

The Growth Priorities Manager is responsible for the creation, oversight and successful delivery of the Healthy Ageing Growth Priorities program of work, including change, co-ordination of the program's initiatives and management of their inter-dependencies.

The Growth Priorities Manager will have experience in managing complex bodies of work, and staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.

They will also be able to develop efficient growth strategies and tactics.

Specifically, the Growth Priorities Manager will be able to:

- work with senior leaders and their teams to help define and articulate the strategic direction and the key growth priorities of the organisation
- assist in the preparation of board and executive growth strategy / program documents and reports
- formulate, organise and monitor inter-connected projects and initiatives
- co-ordinate cross-project activities
- decide on suitable strategies to ensure the overall success of the growth program
- undertake benefit realisation activities to determine success of implementation


ABOUT YOU:


  • Relevant business/ management/ finance degree
  • Demonstrated strategy creation, project management and senior business analyst expertise within the industry (or a similarly complex organisation)
  • Drivers License and ability to travel to regional sites as required
