Commercial Organisation // Brisbane CBD:

12 months // $1200 per day inc // 3 days WFH

Program Manager required for a 12 month contract on a key operational rostering system upgrade for a commercial organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing the overall program organisation and establishment.
Managing the development and implementation of program plans to meet objectives.
Seniorlevel stakeholder management (board level)
Developing and embedding program governance and reporting framework to monitor implementation, progress and delivery of the transformation
Providing effective leadership and people management and coordination of project staff.

Required Experience:

Experience delivering ICT program with a direct operational impact and stakeholder group
Commercial organisation / experience in a fastpaced organisation
Track record of delivering crossfunctional transformation programs.
Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
Highly motivated, selfdriven with a positive attitude.
