We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.


The opportunity:


Due to ongoing growth within the business we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Government & Defence team as a Case Management Associate in our Brisbane office.

You will play a crucial role by assisting case managers in the relocation of Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members & their families across Australia.

Our team strive to ensure that all ADF Members experience a superior relocation, and are on the lookout for our next superstar to join our team

Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships. Support account management and transaction processing. Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback and other requests. Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met. Responding to customer queries and resolving issues as defined by customer agreement and relevant processes
