ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Design Director, the

Project
**Design Lead
- (Dolls Brands) **provides the creative direction for Dolls and is responsible for the execution of the design work where needed. This role will be required to brief the team/vendors based on the agreed design direction, giving feedback to ensure the work meets the creative brief. Mentoring and developing talent within area of specialty.

The main responsibilities include:

Lead and execute to the design vision set forth by the Design Director.
Start taking ideas from ideation/concept to production and oversee the process.
Manage all levels of complexity: from basic dolls to complex.
Work with Asiabased counterparts in development of product.
Communicate and present ideas clearly ability to verbally visualize concepts/product experience.

ABOUT YOU

Strong conceptual design experience with dolls.
Open to new ideas and experiences and seeks out learning opportunities.
Able to communicate with impact, clarity and connection.
Proven ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
Understands and anticipates global markets and keeps up to date with competitor information and market trends.
Creates winwin partnerships with others.
Adapts well changing circumstance and open new ideas.
