ABOUT THE ROLE
The Product Coordinator role will be responsible to provide product & administrative support to the Product Managers and provide project support at Moose Head Office, including:

Support the product development process by assisting Product Managers with daily administrative tasks as directed.
Validate data included in product development documentation.
Assist with the samples management process, project room set up and maintenance, focus group product testing, data collection and artwork management process on Toy Box.
Provide general administrative support including but not limited to; meeting agendas, meeting notes & distribution, excel report preparation & data entry, maintain document filing system.
Work with key stakeholders to support and/or drive cross functional internal projects.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative or support position, preferably within a product or design team.
Exposure to sample management system would be an advantage.
Some working knowledge of the product development process.
Strong Excel skills including experience with pivot tables.
Able to present and communicate with impact, clarity and connection.
Strong analytical thinking.
Ability to plan ahead and work in an organised manner in a fast paced environment.
