ABOUT THE ROLE
The Change and Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting the Change and Communication workstream for the implementation of our new Supply Chain Management system.

Main Responsibilities
_ Communication Planning and Execution_:
- Create a communication plan that addresses the needs of various stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and targeted communications through various channels to ensure a common understanding of the project's goals, progress, and impacts.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as necessary.
_Training and Development_:
- Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver training programs that support the successful adoption of the new Supply Chain Management system.
- Provide support to endusers, addressing questions and concerns related to the changes introduced by the system implementation.
_Stakeholder Engagement_:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build a coalition of support for the change initiatives.
- Help support change assessments and interventions required to resolve.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and openness to change by promoting twoway communication between leadership and staff.
_Resistance Management_
- Proactively identify and address resistance to change by implementing targeted interventions and communication strategies.
- Work closely with project teams to anticipate potential challenges and develop proactive solutions.
ABOUT YOU
- Over 5 years' experience in change management and communications, particularly in largescale technology implementations.
- Proven ability to drive improvements for business results and able to work in a systematic, methodical and orderly way to consistently achieve project goals.
- Able to make timely and effective decisions with business and financial acumen.
- Uses own initiative and takes responsibility for actions, projects and people;
- Able to make quick, clear decisions which include tough choices or considered risks.
- Open to new ideas and experiences able to solve problems with innovation and creativity.
- Thinks broadly and strategically to support and drive organisational change.
- Presents & communicates with impact, clarity and connections
