    Description

    The Role:

    Skout Solutions and Ventia are seeking 1 x Land Access Coordinator for a role-based within our Telecommunication Contract at our Heatherton Office. The primary purpose of the Land Access Officer is to provide timely and accurate land access services for internal and external customers, based on client requirements and to actively participate & assist in the resolution of landowner objections. This role is temporary basis with an opportunity for permanent. This role offers a 38 hour week, Monday to Friday with an attractive hourly rate of $38 per hour, Plus Super.

    Tasks:

    • Looking through various websites and resources to identify anything that would impede construction.
    • Issuing notifications to Councils / Land Owners to advise of construction to be undertaken.
    • Search databases and prepare a due diligence report and associated Land Access & Activity notices.
    • Liaise with Council and Residents face to face sometimes in external meeting rooms such as Council offices.
    • Less frequently, action all complaints to a standard in a reasonable time frame as nominated in the contract documentation and outcomes exceed customer expectations

    Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in a high-level administration role
    • High attention to detail
    • Well developed Stakeholder Engagement and communication skills
    • Strong analytic and research skills
    • Excellent coordination/project planning skills
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Word, Outlook
